High colour intensity. Cherry red tone. Intense aromas of red fruits with toasted notes and spices (pepper). In the mouth, it is a tasty and silky wine that blends the fresh touches of fruit with the toasted notes of wood. Adequate structure and balance. Showing ripe and rounded tannins. Good acidity and persistent in the mouth. Perfectly paired with Iberian ham and cured cheeses. Ideal wine with lamb, game, or red meat. Also goes well with a chocolate dessert.
